Abstract

Exchange Rate Fishermen (NTN) East Java month December 2014 fell by 2.21 percent from 104.90 in November 2014 to 102.58 in December 2014. This is because the prices paid index fishermen increased by 5.43 percent while the price index diterimanelayan only increased by 3.10 percent.

Ten major commodities that experienced the largest increase in the index of prices received by fishermen is tuna, flying fish, mackerel, shrimp, pompano / bebara, snapper, pomfret, fish Layur, swanggi fish, and fish Ariidae. While only eight major commodity price index declines received is small crab fishermen, fish kuniran, mullet, trevally fish, gulamah fish, shellfish, fish peperek, and fish machetes.

Ten major commodities that experienced the largest increase in the prices paid index fishermen are solar, cayenne pepper, gasoline, rice, ice cubes, red onions, red peppers, freight, transport costs in the city, and tomatoes. While the ten main commodities that experienced the largest decline in the index of prices paid fishermen are barking, the cost of installation of electricity group 1, the wage haul to TPI, chicken, kale, collards, cabbage / cauliflower, boiled fish tuna, banana, and watermelon.

NTN developments month to month December 2014 December 2013 (calendar year Desember2014) while year-on-year in December increased by 0.07 percent.

Of the six provinces on the island of Java that perform calculations NTN in December 2014, five provinces decreased NTN and the province has increased NTN. The largest decline occurred in the province of Central Java, which dropped by 3.59 per cent followed NTN DKI Jakarta 3.00 percent, 2.52 percent of West Java Province, East Java Province 2.21 percent, and DI Yogyakarta 1.59 percent. While Banten province is the only province in Java which has increased in the amount of 1.17 percent NTN.

On average NTN East Java in 2014 increased by 3.26 percent compared to the year 2013 ie from 103.15 into 106.51. The increase was due to the increase in the average index of prices received by farmers (10.90 percent) is greater than the increase in the average index of prices paid farmers (7,40persen).

In 2014, the largest increase in NTN occurred in July in the amount of 1.79 percent while the NTN largest decline occurred in November in the amount of 4.15 percent.
