Monday (7/3), BPS Pasuruan City again held an offline SENTRA (Spirit to Apply Apple) activity in the office yard by implementing health protocols.
The Head of Pasuruan BPS, Mrs. Sri Kadarwati, S.Si, MT as the organizer of the apple conveyed the message from the Acting Head of the Planning Bureau regarding Monitoring and Evaluation in order to support Bureaucratic Reform.
Monitoring and evaluation needs to be carried out through: Tracking Performance Achievements and Budget implementation, Comparing between targets and achievements, and as a form of accountability for performance and budget implementation. Later these results can be used as a tool to: improve performance achievements and budget execution, and make evaluation results as a basis for improving budget allocation policies.
In the context of Optimizing Performance and Budget Execution, it is necessary to:
1. Increased Awareness to Achieve all the Targets set
2. Improved Awareness for Reporting Support Data Required Monev
3. Strengthening the Implementation of Rewards and Punishments
To realize this, of course, requires the participation of all parties, both from a technical and administrative side. Together we will achieve better performance optimization and budget execution.
