Good morning and welcome back to activities this week.

BPS Pasuruan City is also ready to start this week's activities with the SENTRA (Spirit to Apply Apples) activity. Participated by all Pasuruan BPS employees, this SENTRA activity (10/1) was led directly by the Head of Pasuruan BPS, Mrs. Sri Kadarwati, S.Si, MT.

In his speech, he continued the message from the Main Secretary of BPS Republic of Indonesia regarding Bureaucratic Reform at BPS. In the institutional aspect, the changes to be achieved are structurally poor, but functionally rich. In addition, future challenges after simplifying the bureaucracy include producing superior human resources through meeting the needs of non-technical and technical human resources. For this reason, preparing yourself both administratively and competently is very much needed in this functional era.

Hopefully, with more frequent information about Bureaucratic Reform (RB), employees will understand more and have a stronger commitment to take part in the success of RB at BPS.
