Monday (7/2), the SENTRA (Spirit to Apply Apple) activity was back. Located in the yard of the Pasuruan BPS office, this activity was attended by all employees. Acting as the supervisor of the apple this time is Mr. M. Lail Kurniawan, Head of the General Subsection of BPS City of Pasuruan.

In his address, he continued the mandate of the Deputy for Distribution and Service Statistics regarding Cascading of BPS Employee Performance Targets which is one of the 7 main agendas of BPS' direction of change. Cascading Performance Target itself is part of the Performance Management System which refers to the Ministerial Regulation RB No. 8 of 2021. This cascading or performance alignment includes planning, implementation, monitoring and performance coaching. And finally, an evaluation of the employee's performance will be carried out.

It is hoped that BPS employees will not only work on routines, but also need to provide added value by paying attention to the aspects of the results and benefits that we do. No matter how small the contribution we make to BPS, it will become a part of the history of BPS progress and God willing, it will become a field of charity that is worth worship for all of us.
