Today (25/1) the Pasuruan City BPS team visited PGRI Wiranegara University (Uniwara) Pasuruan and was met directly by the Chancellor, the Chair of the Foundation and the ranks of the academic community. This visit was a follow-up to the signing of the MoU between BPS Kota Pasuruan and Uniwara regarding the activities of the Statistical Corner.

The Statistical Corner is a public service media and promotion of BPS statistics within the University. The existence of the Statistical Corner is expected to be able to increase user engagement between BPS and academics/students. In addition, this service is also expected to be able to increase statistical literacy and improve the ability to use statistical results for academics/students.

Later, the services that will be accessed are in the form of consultation, education and promotion of statistical data.

Uniwara welcomes the Statistical Corner activity plan, hopefully this activity can be realized soon and provide benefits for all parties.
