Monday (3/1), starting the first week of 2022, BPS employees throughout Indonesia, including BPS employees from Pasuruan City, took part in the Inaugural Morning Apple which was held virtually through the BPS Youtube channel of the Republic of Indonesia. The inaugural apple this time felt special because it was led directly by the Head of BPS of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Margo Yuwono, S.Si, M.Sc. In his directive he emphasized that BPS must play a role in responding to national challenges. It is hoped that the existence of BPS is not only 'existent' but also 'real' capable of providing insight into National Development.

With the theme "Statistical Collaboration Towards a Rise and Resilient Indonesia", it is hoped that the implementation of BPS Bureaucratic Reforms that focus on 7 directions of BPS change can be realized.

After attending the inaugural apple, it was followed by the inaugural official meeting in 2022 which discussed various strategies in facing the challenges in 2022, including discussion of work team groups, monitoring and evaluation of the performance of each function and the preparation of a work plan matrix for the next month.
