We praise the presence of Allah SWT, the Almighty God for His mercy, guidance and taufik, so that we can complete the Analysis Results Report of the "Consumer Satisfaction Survey" (SKK), Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pasuruan City in 2015" with Good.Material contained in this report includes: 1) Introduction; 2) Literature Review; 3) Motodologist! Analysis; 4) Implementation Stage; 5) Analysis and Discussion; and 6) Closing. This Analysis Results Report is prepared as one of the main documents required to submit a payment bill. The aim of holding Consumer Satisfaction Survey activities is to provide an overview and analysis of data user segmentation, data quality, and level of customer satisfaction and recommendations regarding: 1) Type and quality of data and statistical information; 2) Service variables that need to be improved; 3) Anti-corruption behavior that needs to be abandoned; 4) Follow-up action on survey results.We would like to express our gratitude to all parties who have provided support and contributions in preparing this Analysis Results Report.
