Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one important indicator in seeing the economic development in a region. In 2019, the economy of Pasuruan Municapality calculated based on the Current Price reached 8.29 trillion rupiahs, while based on the calculation on the basis of the Constant Price in 2010 it reached 5.97 trillion rupiahs.
The economy of Pasuruan Municapality in 2019 (y-o-y) could grow by 5.56 percent. This figure is slightly increased compared to the achievement of growth in 2018 which amounted to 5.54 percent.
In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the business of providing accommodation and food and drink, which reached 7.28 percent, followed by the fields of transportation and warehousing (7.21 percent) and education services (7.12 percent).
While seen from its economic structure, the economy in Pasuruan Municapality is dominated by Large and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle Reparations, whose roles reached 29.46 percent, were followed by the Manufacturing Industry (20.04 percent).
