Abstract

The satisfaction index for Indonesian pilgrims (IKJHI) in Saudi Arabia in the year 1439H / 2018M amounted to 85.23. This means that in general government services to Indonesian pilgrims have met the criteria of "very satisfying". Compared to last year's congregation satisfaction index of 84.85, the 2018 pilgrimage service satisfaction index increased by 0.38 points.

When specified by type of service, the highest satisfaction index is found in intercity bus transportation services, which is equal to 88.25, then respectively are sholawat bus services (87.72), service officers (87.38), worship services (87.12 ), non-Armina catering services (86.91), hotel accommodation services (86.02), other services (85.61), catering services at Armina (84.38), Armina bus transportation services (81.09 ), and tent services at Armina (77,59).

Based on the location of the service location, the highest congregation satisfaction index was found in services carried out at the airport, which amounted to 89.01, the subsequent consecutive services in Makkah (87.34), services in Medina (85.73), and services in Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina (82,60).
