Report of FGD on Public Service Standards of Pasuruan City

Tuesday (18/3) BPS Pasuruan City held a Focus Group Discussion on Public Service Standards. This activity aims to evaluate the services provided by BPS Pasuruan City as well as a forum for service users to provide suggestions and input directly for improving services.

The FGD activity was carried out online through a zoom meeting which was attended by various representatives from agencies, universities and various elements of society. The results of the Public Service Standards FGD decided that the types of services available at BPS Pasuruan City consist of:

1. Statistical Consultation Services

2. Library Services

3. Sectoral Statistical Activity Recommendation Services

Later, the results of this FGD will be stated in the Decree on Public Service Standards of BPS Pasuruan City.
