On Wednesday (20/9) a socialization activity was held on the implementation of the Complete Data Collection on Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises 2023 and a Focus Group Discussion on Price Statistics 2023. The activity was attended by all the Village Heads and Subdistrict Heads in Pasuruan City, as well as Price Statistics Respondents. The activity was opened directly by the Mayor of Pasuruan, Drs. H. Saifullah Yusuf.
At this moment, Gus Ipul advised all levels of village heads and sub-district heads about the importance of data as material for evaluation and development planning, especially data from the MSME sector. He advised his staff to be aware of MSMEs which have the potential to become one of the economic drivers in Pasuruan City. He also advised about 3 valid things that must be adhered to to produce data that is useful for development. Namely valid data, valid planning, and valid implementers/operators.
After the opening, it continued with presentation activities from resource persons, the Head of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and the Head of the Pasuruan City Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency. Then continued the discussion and questions and answers by the participants and resource persons.
Hopefully this socialization activity can facilitate PL-KUMKM23 activities. As well as increasing the insight of all participants regarding the importance of data in development planning.
